Duty is assessed by US customs on arrival, and the regime changed on 24 July 2026: the Section 122 surcharge lapsed, and a separate Section 301 action signed on 23 July 2026 covers Indonesia. The February 2026 US-Indonesia trade agreement is still not ratified. The US does require an FDA Prior Notice filing for food shipments before they arrive — we'll guide you through any required FDA Prior Notice as part of preparing your shipment.
