Cookie Policy

How we use cookies and similar technologies to make IndoShip Global work.

Last Updated: May 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember things like your preferences and login state, and let us understand how the site is being used. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels — we treat all of them as cookies for the purposes of this policy.

2. How We Use Cookies

  • Keep you signed in across pages and visits.
  • Remember your preferences — language, currency, cookie consent.
  • Secure your account against fraud and abuse (rate limiting, CSRF protection).
  • Understand site usage in aggregate so we can fix slow pages and broken flows.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you, and we do not sell cookie data to third parties.

3. Cookie Categories

IndoShip Global uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide, improve, and secure our Services. Under UU PDP No. 27 Tahun 2022, we require your consent for non-essential cookies.

Your Control: You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality. For questions about our cookie practices, contact privacy@indoshipglobal.com.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services we use to operate the site:

  • Supabase — authentication session.
  • Vercel — site hosting and performance metrics.
  • Payment processors (Xendit, PayPal, Stripe, NOWPayments) — only on checkout pages, only to complete payment.
  • Analytics — aggregate, privacy-respecting pageview measurement only when you've consented.

5. Managing Your Preferences

You can control non-essential cookies in three ways:

  • Cookie banner — accept or customize cookies when the banner appears on your first visit.
  • Browser settings — every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies. Search your browser's help for "manage cookies" for instructions.
  • Account settings — signed-in customers can adjust analytics and notification preferences in Account → Settings.

Blocking essential cookies will stop the site from working correctly — you may not be able to sign in, place orders, or use the warehouse address.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry-wide standard for how sites should respond. We treat a DNT signal the same way we treat declining the analytics category in our cookie banner — analytics cookies are not set.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via website notice. The "Last Updated" date in the hero reflects the most recent revision.
