Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes! The Free plan includes a free warehouse address, 60 days of storage, and all basic features at $0 forever. You only pay for actual shipping costs and any optional service add-ons you choose.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping rates are based on destination country, package weight, and dimensions. We use volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5000) or actual weight — whichever is higher.

What happens after 60 days free storage?

After 60 days, you can buy a Storage Extension service ($3 per package for an additional 30 days). Most customers ship well within the free window — the extension is there for cases like shopping during a slow consolidation cycle or waiting for a friend to add their items.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — see our refund policy for details. Shipping charges are fully refundable before dispatch. After dispatch, loss or damage in transit follows the carrier claims process. Service fees are refundable if the service has not yet been performed. Personal Shopper purchases are fully refundable before we buy from the seller.
