How it works — your questions

What is package forwarding?

It's a simple idea: you get a real address in Indonesia, shop at Indonesian stores as if you lived there, have your orders delivered to that address, and we ship them on to wherever you are in the world. Along the way we photograph each package, store it free for 60 days, and can combine several orders into one box to cut your shipping cost.

How does the Indonesian warehouse address work?

After you sign up you get a free personal warehouse code. Add it to our Kendal address and use that as the delivery address when you check out on Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, Lazada or any Indonesian shop. The code is how we match every incoming package to your account.

What if my foreign card is rejected at checkout?

Buy for Me, where we place the order for you, is paused for new requests. Some sellers accept international cards at checkout, and a small first order is a good test. Ship it to your free IndoShip warehouse address, and we forward it like any other package.

What does it cost to get started?

Nothing. Signing up and getting your Indonesian address is free, with no credit card. You only pay for international shipping when you ship, and any optional add-ons or insurance you choose. The first 60 days of storage are free too.
