What is package forwarding?
It's a simple idea: you get a real address in Indonesia, shop at Indonesian stores as if you lived there, have your orders delivered to that address, and we ship them on to wherever you are in the world. Along the way we photograph each package, store it free for 60 days, and can combine several orders into one box to cut your shipping cost.
How does the Indonesian warehouse address work?
After you sign up you get a free personal warehouse code. Add it to our Kendal address and use that as the delivery address when you check out on Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, Lazada or any Indonesian shop. The code is how we match every incoming package to your account.
What if my foreign card is rejected at checkout?
That's exactly what the Personal Shopper service is for. Send us the product link, we place the order on your behalf and pay with a local method that works, then forward it like any other package. Most diaspora shoppers come to us for precisely this — Indonesian marketplaces frequently reject foreign cards.
What does it cost to get started?
