What happens without it
Without a TC Kimlik No, Turkish Customs (Ticaret Bakanligi) will hold or reject your package. The ID is mandatory on the customs declaration.
What to expect at Turkey customs
Turkey requires a government-issued ID for customs clearance on ALL personal imports (see the Receiver ID requirement section above). IndoShip ships Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties and taxes — if any — are paid by you directly to Turkey's customs office or carrier on arrival.
