Buy from Tokopedia and Ship It Anywhere in the World
Buy from Tokopedia yourself, send it to your free IndoShip warehouse address in Indonesia, and we forward it to your door. Buy for Me is paused for new requests.
Tokopedia, part of the GoTo group, is Indonesia's biggest online marketplace — hundreds of millions of listings from official brand stores and independent sellers. It's where the country's best products live, from single-origin coffee to viral skincare. The catch for an overseas buyer is twofold: Tokopedia doesn't ship abroad, and its checkout is built for Indonesian payment methods. Buy from Tokopedia yourself, send it to your free IndoShip warehouse address in Kendal, and we forward it worldwide.
Why you can't just check out on Tokopedia
Tokopedia checkout expects an Indonesian payment method — GoPay, a local bank virtual account, or an Indonesian-issued card. Foreign Visa and Mastercard are frequently declined, and e-wallets like GoPay require a KTP (Indonesian national ID) to register. Buy for Me is paused for new requests. Some sellers accept international cards at checkout, so a small first order is a good way to test; ship it to your free IndoShip warehouse address and we forward it.

Buying from Tokopedia — FAQ
Can I use a foreign credit card on Tokopedia?
Often not. Tokopedia is optimised for Indonesian payment methods, and overseas Visa/Mastercard are commonly declined at checkout. Buy for Me, where we buy for you, is paused for new requests, so you need a payment method Tokopedia itself accepts.
Does Tokopedia ship internationally?
Tokopedia itself ships only within Indonesia. To receive Tokopedia orders abroad you need a forwarding address in Indonesia (we give you one free), after which we ship worldwide via Pos Indonesia.
How does buying from Tokopedia from abroad work?
Buy the item on Tokopedia yourself and ship it to your free IndoShip warehouse address. It arrives at our Kendal warehouse where we verify and photograph it, then we forward it to your address anywhere in the world.
Is it safe to use a forwarding address for Tokopedia orders?
We verify and photograph every package at our warehouse before it ships so you can confirm exactly what arrived before you authorize the shipment.
What's popular to buy on Tokopedia and ship overseas?
Indonesian coffee, viral skincare and beauty, snacks and instant food, batik and fashion, and home decor are the most-shipped categories. You can browse them on our Shop pages.
